GENERAL CONTRACTING
As a licensed and insured Commercial and Residential Contractor, Moran Construction will work with both the client and designer (if necessary) to deliver an accurate bid and subsequent build-out of the project. We take pride in our industry leading cost projections and analyses. This is a more traditional process and usually involves a negotiated contract.
DESIGN-BUILD
This type of service includes Moran Construction being involved with the design of the project from start to finish. Our estimators and project managers work side by side with our design team, allowing us to control the size and scope of the job, staying within our clients’ parameters. It is also much more efficient on the scheduling end, saving our clients money. It usually involves a turn-key contract with a guaranteed cost and timeline.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION
These services are the most important services offered to clients on any project. Known for our in-depth bidding process, we can provide key information to our clients which in turn allow them to make the best decisions for their project. We draw on 2 decades worth of experience to offer both suggestions and insight based on our clients’ wants and needs ensuring their project’s goals. Our preconstruction services include:

TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT
At Moran Construction, we take a lot of pride in being at the forefront of construction technology. We believe that by doing so, we can save our clients both time and money. That is why we use both Planswfit and Buildertrend software. Planswift is the #1 take-off software in the industry and provides incredible accuracy for all the materials used on a project.
Buildertrend is a cloud-based construction management software that allows for real-time scheduling and communication with our Sub-Contractors and Vendors. It cuts down on project delays from weather, logistics, and miscommunications. In addition to keeping up with job progress and cost reports, Buildertrend also allows our clients to directly interact with their project by adding notes and photos.
