process. Our experience was a pleasant one to say the least. Anytime a surprise popped up (which will happen with any building process, especially custom) Teddy was on the phone with us immediately to work out the necessary details. To say that Chris and his team went the extra mile is putting it mildly. They even surprised us by working out a particular design issue that we did not even think could be done. 

 

Our vision for the project was that of a modern lake house with
antique features added in several places. We wanted the main area of the first floor to be as open as possible so that most of the views shot straight to the lake.  We also like to entertain so spaces for hanging out with family and friends were essential inside and out. Our original layout had to be cut back to fit our budget, so Moran Construction did a cost analysis on the design itself to bring us within those parameters. They were so patient with us every step of the way. We absolutely love everything about the home, and Chris’ team far exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend Moran Construction to anyone wanting to build the home of
their dreams!”
